Woman accuses husband of defiling her daughter,seeks divorce

A woman Mrs Olamide Bola has urged  the president of a customary court ,Mr Ayodele Omotola  to dissolve her 5-year old marriage to her husband Mr Ogunlana Bola,accusing him of defiling her daughter.

The complainant who wept in court said she can no longer tolerate the respondent's wild sexual urge towards her and her 11-year old daughter.

NAN reports that the 11-year old girl is the respondent's stepdaughter.

Ruling on the case,Mr Omotola ordered hearing notice to be served on the respondent for appearance in the next adjourned date.

He however adjourned the case till January 18 for continuation of hearing.
