Kardashians file suit against Blac Chyna blocking her from using their surname
The Kardashian sisters Kim,Khloe,and Kourtney have filed a lawsuit to block Blac Chyna from trademarking the name "Angela Renee Kardashian".
Informationng.com reports that the three sisters are trying to prevent Black Chyna from profiting from the family name claiming the trademarked name would cause them to "suffer damage and irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill".

Black Chyna whose real name is Angela Renee White filed documents in may to trademark what her married name would be after being engaged to Rob Kardashian.Her attorney Walter Mosley says they had been left blindsided by the move claiming his client was getting on well with the Kardashian family.He also said he is confident the Kardashians don't have a case to stand on.
He said;" The Kardashians, like Angela and my other clients are very protective of our marks, I think for us this is going to be a clear case win, because it’s actually her name, it’s not a poaching,” he said. “I would hope that this is just a junior lawyer’s error, who’s just responding to everything and not really looking at who it’s from or why it was filed. There’s a softer side of this where Angela has to have a conversation with her family .”
